The SALT program at BLBC is designed to help middle school campers explore the meaning of leadership and following Jesus with a servant’s heart. Our time is scheduled with Bible studies, small groups, games, activities, and service projects. The projects are a unique piece to the program and are designed to allow the campers a sense of responsibility. It is also a way for them to experience the practice of serving and leading. Because our program is relatively small, we strongly emphasize the idea of community by focusing on teamwork, growing group dynamics, and the importance of serving alongside one another.
